Global produce 4 different sizes or cranked spatula, a 10cm, 15cm, 20cm and 25cm. These ‘cranked’ spatulas are so named due to the large kink in the knife blade. This raises the handle somewhat away from the cooking surface, keeping your hands cooler. It also makes it easier to get a fully flat connection between the knife blade and the frying surface, ideal if you need to press down on any burgers or bacon to help it cook faster. All the GS-42 series feature a hollow handle with thumb rest for added control.
