One of the best selling knives in the GS range, the GS-3 is a medium sized cook’s knife that will perform a variety of kitchen tasks. It has a nice medium sized blade good for chopping, slicing and dicing and is useful whether you want to cut up vegetables or slice meat. It is really the smallest chef’s knife notwithstanding the GS-1 which has a slightly different shape of blade. The GS-3 is also available as a fluted version, the GS-51.
